How It Works

We’ll schedule your annual inspection at a convenient time for you.
If and when you need us, just give us a call — as a member you’ll receive priority scheduling and your 5% discount.
When you’re due for your annual water heater flush, we’ll apply your member discount and schedule the flush at your convenience.
Your membership renews automatically each month for only $25 — cancelling is easy if you ever decide to stop.

Member Terms & Details
- $25 billed monthly. Membership remains active as long as payments are current.
- Water heater flush benefit is valid once per 12-month period and must be scheduled in advance.
- Annual inspection is included at no extra charge; any repairs identified will be invoiced separately (member discount applies).
- The 5% discount applies only to eligible service calls and cannot be combined with other special offers unless stated.
- Priority scheduling means we will aim to schedule your visit within 48 hours of your call during normal business hours; after-hours/emergency scheduling may vary.
